Due to a water main break at 10624 Managua Avenue, the City of Cooper City is issuing a Precautionary Boil Water Notice for 18 water customers within the Embassy Lakes community.

As a precaution, residents are advised to boil all water or use bottled water intended for consumption, including for:

  • Drinking

  • Cooking

  • Making ice

  • Brushing teeth

  • Washing dishes

A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient to ensure safety. This advisory will remain in effect for at least 48 hours and until a bacteriological survey confirms the water is safe to consume. A cancellation notice will be issued when the advisory is lifted.
