Our annual Light Up Cooper City celebration will take place on Friday, December 5, from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Memorial Park. As we come together to welcome the holiday season, we want to ensure that everyone enjoys a safe, festive, and stress-free evening. Please take a moment to review important parking, shuttle, and road closure information before joining us for the festivities.

Parking and Shuttle Service
To make your evening more convenient, we are offering a free shuttle service running between Pioneer Middle School and City Hall from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. We encourage attendees to take advantage of this option to avoid congestion near the event area.
Limited parking will be available in the following locations:
Cooper City Elementary School (north lot)
City Hall
Please plan to arrive early and allow extra time to park or catch the shuttle.
Temporary Road Closures
To support a safe and enjoyable event, temporary road closures will be in effect on Friday, December 5, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The following road segments will be closed:
A section of SW 50 Place from SW 90 Avenue to SW 90 Way
A section of SW 51 Street from SW 90 Avenue to SW 91 Avenue
Due to these closures, there will be no access to the RV Storage Lot located along SW 51 Street during this time. Anyone needing to pick up or drop off property at the storage lot must plan accordingly, as access will not be available between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. on December 5.
Safety Reminders
As you make your way to the event, we ask all attendees to use caution, especially those arriving by golf cart. For the safety of all guests, golf carts, bicycles, and off-road vehicles are prohibited inside Memorial Park. Please use designated parking areas and watch for families walking to and from the event.
Get ready for an evening filled with lights, music, and community cheer. We look forward to kicking off the season with you at Light Up Cooper City!
