We are informing Cooper City residents of a proposed development project, for a parcel of land within the Town of Davie, that could have direct impacts on Cooper City residents.
The proposed development project known as "Prestige Stirling Townhomes" would be located on the northwest corner of Stirling Road and Southwest 106th Avenue, consisting of a new multi-family residential community comprised of 24 townhome units.
The proposed project site is within the Town of Davie, but the surrounding area is within Cooper City.
On April 10, 2026, property owners and residents in the surrounding areas received a letter from the Town of Davie regarding the proposed project. The notice outlined a Public Participation Opportunity, inviting residents to review the "Prestige Stirling Townhomes" project and give their input prior to any formal public meetings or hearings by the Town of Davie.
During the Cooper City Commission Regular Meeting on April 14, 2026, the Cooper City Commission reviewed the contents of the letter and urged Cooper City residents to make their voices heard throughout the public participation process.
