The Cooper Colony Golf Course Land Use Plan Amendment (LUPA) petition is scheduled to be reviewed during the Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting on June 24, 2026.

⚠️ ROAD WORK AHEAD ⚠️
Overnight road work is scheduled along Stirling Road as part of the Stirling Road Improvement Project. Tonight, May 20, pavement core work will take place from 9:00 PM to no later than 5:00 AM. A single-lane closure will be in place on both eastbound and westbound lanes of Stirling Road, from just west of Palm Avenue to east of Flamingo Road near the Countryside Shops.
Please use caution if traveling through the area overnight as crews work to improve our roadway infrastructure.

COMMUNITY UPDATE: The entrance to Flamingo Townhomes Phase V is temporarily closed at SW 49 Place and SW 122 Avenue due to the repair of water main break. Residents will need to use the entrance/exit at E. Lake Loop Road until repairs are completed. Please note, there are no effects to water service in the area.
