⚠️ ROAD WORK AHEAD ⚠️

Overnight road work is scheduled along Stirling Road as part of the Stirling Road Improvement Project. Tonight, May 20, pavement core work will take place from 9:00 PM to no later than 5:00 AM. A single-lane closure will be in place on both eastbound and westbound lanes of Stirling Road, from just west of Palm Avenue to east of Flamingo Road near the Countryside Shops.

Please use caution if traveling through the area overnight as crews work to improve our roadway infrastructure.

PARK UPDATE: The basketball courts at Suellen H. Fardelmann Sports Complex are closed Wednesday, May 20, through Friday, May 22, to allow for the hoops to be replaced. We appreciate our community's cooperation as we make the improvement.

COMMUNITY UPDATE: The entrance to Flamingo Townhomes Phase V is temporarily closed at SW 49 Place and SW 122 Avenue due to the repair of water main break. Residents will need to use the entrance/exit at E. Lake Loop Road until repairs are completed. Please note, there are no effects to water service in the area.

Our Utilities Department has responded to a water main break along SW 122 Avenue and SW 51 Place, which is the entrance to Flamingo Townhomes Phase V. SW 122 Avenue is closed between SW 51 Street and SW 49 Street. There is no effect on water service in the area. This break was the result of private contractor boring in the area.
