🚧 More parking is taking shape at Bill Lips Sports Complex!

Paver installation is complete along the north side of the complex, while work continues on the east side. This improvement is providing additional parking for those enjoying the fields and facility.

This project grew out of the Parks and Recreation Master Plan, which incorporated resident input to help guide improvements, like this one, across our parks system.

🚧 Roadwork is moving forward in Cooper Colony Estates!

Crews began milling SW 92nd Terrace on August 19, marking the latest progress in the City’s ongoing road milling and resurfacing project.

With work already completed along several nearby streets, crews are continuing to move through the neighborhood to improve pavement conditions and extend the life of our local roadways.

This project is supported by $536,396 in Broward County Transportation Surtax funding and is expected to continue through fall 2026.

We appreciate the patience of residents as crews work their way through the neighborhood.
